Roast pork neck is a cured dried meat product, it is lightly smoked and dried in warm air and slightly boiled. It is a product with a smaller amount of fat, properly distributed between the muscles. It is characterized by exceptional juiciness and a pleasant smell of smoke.

Serving suggestions

Cooked pork neck is a kind of meat that is eaten throughout the world, but it is prepared differently in different areas.

Prepared in many different ways, used in rich sandwiches, salad dressings, gravies, toppings, baked beans, stews, in traditional sarma stuffed cabbage rolls, green rolls, or as part and parcel of a delicacy cooked with green peppercorns and tasty cooking herbs. Blends nicely with sage and rosemary when baked from all sides in lard or oil.

It should be noted that this is a tasty and tender piece of meat, so its cooking time should be minimal to preserve the quality, flavour and juiciness.
