Buđola is prepared from the highest quality boneless pork neck. It is slightly interwoven with fat and therefore very juicy.

Serving suggestions

Cured dried meat are cut into thin slices about 1 mm thick. Due to the accentuated note of smoke and slightly salty aroma, the long-lasting dried meat goes well with fresh vegetables and refreshing and juicy cubes of melon, green olives and various hard cheeses.
