This product has been made by Gavrilović for over 20 years by following a traditional recipe. It is made of high-quality beef and hard fat. In harmony with natural spices this makes it one of Gavrilović's best products. It is uniformly dark red in colour and is enriched with a mild garlic flavour and mild smoked aroma.

Sudjuk is made in compliance with the requirements of the halal standard. As a proof of that, there is the official halal sign on the label, awarded by the Halal Quality Certification Centre in Croatia.

The name "sudjuk" originates from the Turkish word "sunduk", which means home-made sausage.

Serving Suggestion

Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.
