The broad area of Srijem is well-known for its gastronomic delights and our Srijem Sausage is distinguished by its characteristic colour and somewhat stronger aroma due to red peppers.
Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.
Srijem Sausage is great with fresh cheese and vegetables, and those who love a stronger flavour will serve it with red pepper chutney, pickled cucumbers or chilli peppers.
