The peppery and spicy Panonica Croatica salami has a larger diameter than standard sausages and captivates with its aromatic flavour and aroma, which it owes to high-quality spices, the most prominent is peppercorn. This is punctuated by high-quality pork traditionally matured over beech wood.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Panonica Salami perfectly complements authentic Croatian cheeses, such as the soft Škripavac and the hard Pag – or even smoked cheese in more piquant scenarios. For a true homemade feel, try serving it with fresh cheese and cream spiced with red peppers and garlic.
