A Mediterranean Salami has a very mild and pleasant flavour. It is made with choice cuts of meat and is enriched minimally with spices in order to keep the original aroma. It is easily recognizable in view of its turquoise label and the Mediterranean motifs.
Mediterranean Salami is served with mild cheese and fresh vegetables. Lovers of more intense flavours will serve it with black olives or pickled onions, artichokes and aubergine.
