Panonica Croatica salami with pepper has a larger diameter than standard sausages and captivates with its aromatic flavour and aroma, which it owes to high-quality spices, the most prominent of which is peppercorn.. This is punctuated by high-quality pork traditionally matured over beech wood.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

 

Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.

 

Panonica Salami perfectly complements authentic Croatian cheeses, such as the soft Škripavac and the hard Pag – or even smoked cheese in more piquant scenarios. For a true homemade feel, try serving it with fresh cheese and cream spiced with red peppers and garlic.
