Just like its name says, this delicious Italian dry salami now has its Croatian version as well, made by Gavrilović and of the same high quality. Our Milanska Salami has a larger diameter and it is made of the finest pork. The meat is more coarsely ground and the salami has a softer bite than traditional Croatian sausages, true to the Italian role model.
Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.
Serve Milanska Salami with green olives, marinated zucchinis or eggplants. It's light flavour goes extremely well with fine cheese spreads – goat cheese or soft sheep cheese.
