We combined the distinctive taste and aroma of luncheon meat, made according to a standard recipe with more than 70% pork meat, with spicy chili. We rounded off the savoury flavour with a sweet note of dried red and green peppers.
Cubed Luncheon Meat Piquant is best served with mildly flavoured low-fat cheese. It is a great choice when combined with fresh salads made with peppers, cucumber, or tomato, and mild mayonnaise- or yogurt-based dressings.
