The Homemade Salami spicy is made of carefully selected pieces of pork and the best hot pepper spice. It is smaller in diameter and the packages are equalized to a highly practical size of 170g.
Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.
It combines perfectly with fine cheeses, semi-hard or slightly piquant cheeses like Emmentaler. Those who prefer a more intense flavour will serve Homemade Salami spicy with horseradish sauce or mayonnaise.
