 It is made in accordance with a long-standing tradition in ham cooking. The best parts of pork-leg are cooked in their own juices and slightly smoked over natural beech wood. Carefully selected mild spices round up the flavour and vouch for an original aroma.

Serving Suggestions

 Premium hams also require careful slicing. Hams are sliced even thinner than dry sausages. Depending on size, slices should be between 0.8 and 1.2 mm thick. The best way is to make sure that the slices are as thin as possible. Ham is always sliced breadth-wise and by no means sideways. 

Home-made ham is sliced as thin as possible and tastes great with fresh cheese and cream, spring onions and radish. Those who prefer stronger flavours should serve it with grated horseradish.
