Dried bacon Dalmatian style – panzetta – is an exquisite cured meat product made of pork bellies. The typical mild smoke aroma and the ideal proportion of meat and fat makes this product a true delicacy.

Serving suggestion

Cured and dried meat products are cut in thin slices, up to 1 mm thick.

This Dalmatian style delicacy can also be cut in small dices and served. Owing to the pronounced smoke aroma and mildly salty flavour, dried cured meat go extremely well with fresh vegetables and refreshing, luscious melon dices, green olives, and various kinds of cheese.
