Delicatessen chop is a true juicy delight for cured meat aficionados. It is made from pork loin, the subtle taste of which is complemented with select natural spices. Because it is traditionally smoked over beech wood, the delicatessen chop has a unique flavour.

Medium-life cured meats should be cut into thin slices around 1 mm thick. It is important to peel off the string wrap before slicing.
