Chicken hot-dogs are made of finely minced chicken meat and mild spices. Vegetable oil is also added and the flavour is rounded off with slight smoking over beech wood. After cooking, smoking, and once they have cooled down, casings are stripped off hot-dogs, so there is no need to peel them before eating.
Chicken hot-dogs can be boiled and fried and served with various sauces and side dishes as a base for fanciful salads.
