Budjola-Dried Pork Neck Croatian Style

Budjola is made of finest boneless pork necks. The meat is slightly embroidered with fat and therefore quite juicy. It is wrapped in a net which preserves its shape and gets removed off the finished product before we start packing.

Serving suggestion

Cured and dried meat products are cut in thin slices, up to 1 mm thick.

Owing to the pronounced smoke aroma and mildly salty flavour, dried cured meat go extremely well with fresh vegetables and refreshing, luscious melon dices, green olives and various kinds of cheese.

Keep at a max. temp. of +10ºC
