This sausage is made of carefully selected high-quality beef and beef fat that combine with natural spices into a perfectly harmonized gourmet delight. It has a larger diameter and it is ideal not only for sandwiches but for festive buffets as well.
Dry sausages are cut into very thin slices, around 1 mm thick. Only then can you enjoy the complete combination of flavour and aroma. It is very important to peel off the casing before slicing.
Beef sausage is served with hard cheese and seasonal vegetables, and those who love stronger flavour will serve it with red pepper chutney or pickled cucumbers.
