Gavrilović Sudjuk dry beef sausage is now available on the market in a new, equalized 400-g package.
From now on, Sudjuk comes in the same package as all other dry sausages made by Gavrilović, i.e. in the so called flow-pack. Such package preserves the freshness and aroma of the product and keeps it safe from further drying out and external impacts.
Gavrilović Sudjuk, as of June last year, is made in compliance with the requirements of the halal standard. As a proof of that, there is the official halal sign on the label, awarded by the Halal Quality Certification Centre in Croatia.
This supreme quality dry sausage has been made by Gavrilović for over 20 years. It is made of carefully selected, high-quality beef and beef fat which harmonize with natural spices and thus produce one of the finest items in the product range of Gavrilović. Sudžuk is traditionally treated with beech wood smoke and subjected to a natural maturing process lasting up to 28 days. It is distinguished by its evenly distributed dark red colour, moderate garlic flavour, and mild smoke aroma.
