Kulen, along with Winter Salami, is a flagship product of Gavrilović meat processing industry. This superior salami is made of the best pork and beef and carefully selected spices. Its finely proportioned piquant taste, typical for a kulen, comes from supreme quality ground red pepper.
Gavrilović Kulen is made in line with the traditional recipe carried on from generation to generation. It is particularly worth mentioning that kulen is treated with cold beech wood smoke, rounding up its distinguished flavour with a refined smoke note.
The new Gavrilović Kulen package is decorated with our quality stamp and tape, stating that every piece of kulen matures for 90 days under close surveillance of Gavrilović master butchers; during this maturing process, the salami grows a fine mould coat responsible for its unique taste and rich aroma. The redesigned package accentuates the premium quality of this product. Gold-coloured details on the elegant dark-red background emphasize the quality of Gavrilović Kulen, and the little girl, Jelica, the Gavrilović trademark, offers her sweet smile to every customer.
