Gavrilović's masters of the meat trade have prepared for these cold autumn and winter days three new products – Di Giusto Milanska salami, Kulenova seka salami, and Beef sausage.
The meat delicacies devotees will enjoy Gavrilović's new long-lasting salamis - Di Giusto Milanska salami, Kulenova seka salami, and Beef sausage, which will most surely become an obligatory part of the festive plates in the holiday days before us, but also the finest part of any sandwich.
Di Giusto Milanska salami, just like its name says, originates from Italy, but Gavrilović designed and produced its domestic version of equal quality. Gavrilović's Milanska salami, under the Di Giusto brand, has a larger diameter and is made of the finest pork. The meat is more coarsely grinded and the salami has a softer bite than traditional sausages made after the Italian prototype salamis.
Kulenova seka salami, one of the most favourite traditional snacks in Croatia, in Gavrilović's version contains only carefully selected, high-quality pork as well as red pepper spice of the highest quality.
Beef sausage is made of high-quality, carefully selected beef meat which, enriched with natural spices, creates a savour that will win over true gourmands at first taste.
All three new salamis, as well as the rest of Gavrilović's long-lasting delicacies underwent cold smoking over beechwood. It particularly needs to be emphasised that they do not contain gluten or soya, by which Gavrilović follows the trends of its consumers' healthy eating habits and offers them only the best. They are available on the market in 300 and 640-gram packages and as slices arranged in 80-gram packages.
