Winter Salami, Gavrilović’s world-famous delicacy, has its own story to tell. The Gavrilovićs are the only family in Croatia to have preserved a trade secret, their unique recipe for Winter Salami, with such fervent devotion for eight generations. This recipe, born in 1831, is the pinnacle of the art of our trade; a true pride and joy of our house.
