For almost two centuries,Gavrilović Winter Salami has been at the top of Croatian gastronomy supply, whilst numerous generations have grown up with the popular orange-colored can of Gavrilović pork liver pate. Moreover, the cheerful character of the young girl called Jelica, smiling from all Gavrilović packaging, has enchanted and appealed to countless food connoisseurs over the decades.
